There is a breathtaking view from the terraces over the wide landscape down to the sea and the imposing sight of the magical islet 'Es Vedra'. The house consists of a number of parts. In the main section there is the living area that has a summery, light feeling on account of the skylights and the white furniture. The whole house benefits from the use of natural stone on the rear wall which contrasts with the equally fine materials such as metal and glass used inside. The open, white kitchen is located behind the dining area with its genuine, white marble table. The five bathrooms are equally fitted with white, Greek marble that combines with the transparent glass of the washbasins. Three bedrooms are located in the main house and one of them is housed in the upper part of the tower which has been adjoined. There are two separate apartments with kitchenette, bathroom and large sleeping area.

On a gently sloping, pine tree covered mountainside, the house offers absolute peace and quiet ensuring relaxation. The view sweeps down over the green landscape to the turquoise waters in the distance. It is the ideal place to kick back and relax. The southwestern orientation guarantees the finest sunsets over the sea. The nearest town is about 4 kms away and the nearest supermarket about 3 kms.
Cala D'hort
The nearest locality of any kind is Cala Carbo, which comprises just a handful of villas and a small, idyllic beach with a restaurant. After that there is Cala Vadella, a quaint, little holiday resort with a fine sandy beach and a few restaurants directly on the beach. 7 kms to the south lies Es Cubells, a well-kept village with two typical Spanish bars directly in front of the interesting church. Cala Jondal, with its famous beach club, 'Blue Marlin', popular with celebrities, is just 9 kms away.
