Neighbouring houses are not within view on account of the huge plot. The house lies far off the little-used road and offers its occupants a pleasant, private atmosphere because of its thick walls. From the terraces you have wide, open views over the wooded landscape and it’s possible to see the south coast in the distance. Overall, the property offers a great deal of comfort, an agreeable, cozy ambience and plenty of space outside in its extensive grounds.
The spacious house lies above the popular beach of Cala Jondal on a huge, flat plot. The entire property is fenced and invisible from the road due to its wall. It’s easy to reach via the asphalted road that runs to its front. The road itself is quiet and leads down to the bathing bay. It’s about 10 kms to Ibiza town and 7 kms to San Jose. The idyllic, peaceful village of Es Cubells-free of hotels and tourist-related businesses-is situated directly on the coast about 7 kms away.
