This house combines cosmopolitan influences with traditional Ibizan elements and very modern furnishings and technology. The building with its two towers was designed in accordance with typical Ibizan constructions.

The lamps by Ingo Maurer appear to float over the rustic-style dining table panel made of Burmese teak. In addition, there are grey concrete floors with red lacquered chairs by Philippe Starck. Over the big Smeg kitchen there is a gallery with original Berber tent that is furnished as a tea salon.
A chimney and under floor heating mean that even in winter the house is a cosy oasis with sea view.
In the summer there is even more opportunity to use the sitting and dining area on the outside terrace or to enjoy the sun beside the (18m) pool, somewhat below the house. The 10, 000 sq m plot offers plenty of lawn areas surrounded by pine trees, cacti and citrus fruit trees. Extra features include: security, Internet, central heating and air-conditioning.

The house lies on a gently sloping piece of land with lots of space and a wide view over the sea on the south coast with its picturesque cliffs and view of Formentera. It is a fantastic place where you can enjoy peace and quiet among the fields, forests and green hills. It is only a stone’s throw away from the picturesque village of 'Es Cubells'. There are no hotels here, only lots of countryside with small, white farmhouses in between. There is a monastery, an attractive village church and two typically Spanish bars and restaurants directly on the cliffs: such an idyllic place is hard to find nowadays. Nonetheless, you can be in the city to enjoy its international atmosphere in no more than 20 minutes.
